The Luther Village Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday February 16th at 7:00 p.m. at Lutheran Church of the Cross, 560 Arlington St, Winnipeg.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held February 12 at 11:15 AM.  The 2016 Annual Report is available on Sunday in the Narthex.

Property Committee Announcement

We wish to inform you that our Building Supervisor Dan Arnal has retired from this position.  Dan accomplished many tasks during his year at Faith.  Our committee and
members of Faith appreciated his outgoing personality and enthusiastic approach to this job. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.

2017 MNO Synod Prayer List       

The Synod has created a prayer rota for congregations to share during regular worship services.  This list of Congregations and Pastors will be included in the Prayers of the People each Sunday.

Cambridge Coffee House Returns

Live music lovers – REJOICE! Cambridge Coffeehouse is returning to St. Mark’s, Winnipeg, on Saturday, February 4. We are looking forward to presenting another great evening of entertainment featuring our very own “House Blend” band along with other local performers.

The coffeehouse gets underway at 7:30 p.m. and usually finishes around 9:30 p.m. – lots of time either to get home before your regular bedtime or, if you are younger at heart, head off to another event.

As always, there is no admission charge with complimentary coffee and treats. It’s “Coffee with a Cause” though and so, net proceeds from free-will donations will be designated to the St. Mark’s Refugee Sponsorship Fund and be directed to assisting locally-sponsored new Canadian families.
