ELCIC Day of Action

Council invites you to stay for a hot dog BBQ after the Blue Grass service this Sunday in recognition of the ELCIC Day of Action. We will be building community with our Kirchhoff neighbours as they are invited to attend. Please join us for food and fellowship in the Fellowship Hall directly after the service.

Fundraising Concert on June 4 at 7pm

We are pleased to host the Winnipeg Pops Orchestra here at Faith, and to share the gift of music with our community. Proceeds from the concert will be used in support of Faith Lutheran Church’s ministry and care for our community (including our support of the Spiritual Care Program at River Park Gardens PCH). Refreshments and fellowship will follow.

Cooking for the King

The women and men of Cooking for the King have been busy. The freezer is restocked with tasty meals. If you or others you know are unwell or need help with meals, you can contact Cathy at the church office at (204) 253-1491 ext. 20 and pick up the food from the freezer.

Financial donations for Cooking for the King are always greatly appreciated and can be made through the church. This will assist us in keeping the freezer full.

Luther Village Women’s Retreat

Luther Village is once again hosting a Women’s retreat June 12-14. We had a wonderful group of ladies attend from Faith for the last 3 years and would like to do the same this year. Carpooling can be arranged. Please contact the church office for information and add your name to the list. Register by June 1 and save $25.00.

Furniture and Household items needed
